I would try calling a local agent and ask them to run comps for you - it's quick and painless. What you find on public portals is unreliable and very often not accurate enough to help you really decide a good price.

I certainly wouldn't rely on tools found to calculate a house's worth on any internet sites. Below are two links. The first is on selecting an agent and arriving at a listing price. The second is on doing a FSBO. You should be able to formulate some sort of plan from the info provided in both of them. Good luck.
