Zillow generally will not delete old questions/comments unless they are offensive. Since it is one your house page, you can flag your original question and ask to have it removed, but like Pasa said the mods have a massive amount of work for a very small staff to handle. They may do it, but it may take a little while. Flag it, explain the request and they are likely to put it on their to do list.

I posted an answer to a question like this about 3 weeks ago, but the Zillow person deleted his E-mail address from my post and sent me an E-mail that he prefers his E-mail address not be listed in that way as they just don't have the bandwidth or time to handle that kind of E-mail volume. They seem to be happy to E-mail long time contributers; but they just can't E-mail everyone.
So, two choices:
1) Flag a post on the thread with your question. The flag will send an E-mail to the moderator for the day stating that there is a policy abuse problem that needs addressing quickly, so at least your thread will be read, and maybe they will respond, or maybe they won't. (I know that I had posted well over 100 bug reports over a year ago that never got any response; but I think most of the threads were eventuall read by someone).
2) Find a post with the "Zillow" tag next to it. click on the avatar to open that person's profile. Use the "contact me" link on that person's profile to send that person an E-mail. Most moderators accept E-mail using that method. The Zillow programers do not.
You can also use the "about us" link at the bottom of the page to find some key Zillow personnel, and use those names to find their profiles to use the "contact me" link to E-mail them.
But actually, some of the long time posters on Zillow can answer questions at least as well as many of the Zillow staff. Remember with only a couple dosen employees and over 80 million residential units displayed on their site, there is no way their staff has time to deal with each individual issue a user may have.
If you are really desparate, you can use the "Advertisers" link, find their 800 number for advertising, and pay for a 30 day ad. As a paying advertiser, they respond to you in a much more timely fashion.

Where can I send an email where a real person will actually answer my question?
