ex2- Complaining to Zillow about search fields is not new. If you do no want to contact a buyers agent beforehand I suggest using www.realtor.com .... Best wishes and happy funding, Rudi

If you are unhappy with Zillow, find a local agent with a good website with a MLS data feed.  That data will be much more accurate than Zillow.

I'm not quite sure why you would complain about Zillow's search fields.  Every website is unique.  Zillow's format is functional for what it is. 
If you would like to narrow your search try some other websites.  Your local mls is always your best search engine for the most up to date listings in your area.
