Where did Zillow get the Date of Construction info for homes in Charlestown, MA

I've looked at a building at 425 Bunker Hill St., Charlestown, MA, that Zillow reports as having been built in 1885, yet, the 1868 Sanborn Fire Insurance maps at the Boston Public Library show this same shaped building drawn in at that address. The 1880 census reports that the Dunn family lived there. So, how could it have been found by Zillow to have an 1885 built date?
