Where did you get your info on the sale price because its wrong?

We bought our house back at the end of 1992 and maybe it closed in 1993 but the purchase price was $ 98,500.00 not the $60K you have listed. Also, I don't believe the value has dropped $6000 in the last 30 days. We have also added another garage in the last year along with a new roof, a large deck, and some very expensive new doors.. This is not to mention the other 2 1/2 detached garage that was also built after buying the property. Thanks in advance for your attention to this question.
