Most viewers on Zillow would be happy to see that the property has air and wouldn't be too concerned at this point as to what type of A/C the property has. I would add it as Pasadenan has suggested and not be to concerned.

Under the "edit", "update home facts", about 3/4 of the way down in the right column it states "cooling type". It will let you chose between:
Central (air)
Evaporative (cooling)
Geothermal
Refrigerator
Solar
Wall (which typically also includes window units)
other
none
It presently does not let you chose such items as "heat pump", "dx", "absorption cooling", "cooling tower", or "chilled water", so you have to just choose the one you think applies best.
It also doesn't let you specify the size/capacity.

Where do I add "air conditioning?"
