I am assuming that you are referring to 'pending' sales - if so, ask a local RE agent or office to provide you with some details based on specific neighborhoods, zip codes, sub-divisions, etc.  They should be able to provide you with some good details via MLS listings.

Do you mean how many homes are pending? Or do you actually want to know the particular escrow companies? As the first answered above..this is a private matter between buyer/seller.

Escrow is a private matter between buyer and seller. As such its very hard to determine exactly the number of escrows at any given time.  Your local Realtor could tell you how many properties are pending in the MLS.  Still that leaves out most commmercial, and FSBO deals.
