Only appraisers do appraisals. Realtors do CMA's or BPO's. On Zillow you can get a Zestimate which is also not an appraisal by following Vince's link/instructions. There is more information on what Zesitmates are here.

Why don't you contact a local realtor in your area. CMAs are a free service (unfortunately).

Without inspecting the property, there is really no way to give you a fair and accurate analysis.
