There are many sources and websites which have "stock" or "standard" listing presentations for you to use. Ultimately you can create one yourself using Microsoft Publisher or some other program. My company provides us with templates to use if we need them.

I use Tool Kit CMA. www.toolkitcma.com offers tools for a very professional CMA presentation including Flyer Templates at a very reasonable yearly fee. Hope this helps!

Listing Presentation
"When I arrive for an appointment, I park in their driveway, wait for two minutes and take a photo of the front of their home. Often I can see the waiting homeowner looking out the window watching me. My entire listing presentation is leading them to say yes. Before I shake their hand for the first time, they see me photographing their home. Right away I am on a positive note.
After introductions we sit at the table and I begin. I refrain from speaking about my accomplishments or myself. It isn't about me. I call this training.
