Try contacting your local Chamber of Commerce in the area of the college and ask them if they have any data available on this question.  Also, the college administative offices may, without giving specifics, tell you in general where many on their payroll live locally (in what neighborhoods, areas, etc).  Finally - try contacting a local RE office and ask them for help to identify areas.  They will likely have a pretty good feel due to selling homes ot many in the area.
