If you haven't found the info yet, you can look at har.com to see who the agent is. All their contact info will be there.

Have your Realtor contact the agent/owner. They will be able to give you proper representation and look out for #1...Y.O.U. The listing agent is looking out for the best interests of their client and if they happen to own the property as well, then that means they are looking out for themselves...NOT Y.O.U.
Your Realtor can get almost any information you need about the property you are interested. Best of luck :)

If you are working with an agent, they should handle communication for you. That would probably be in your best interest. If you're question doesn't concern purchasing the home, then you can access public records through Montgomery County Appraisal District. It provides the owner's name and mailing address.
I work as a Realtor in the Conroe area if you need any other help.

There are different way to find owner information. You can look at registry of deeds for owner name and then through internet try to find a phone number. You can writ a letter to the owner as well.
If you are real estate agent and property listed with an other agent it's unethical to contact an owner without contacting an agent. If you a buyer and house is listed with an real estate agent, owner has direct all inquiries to the listing agent anyway.

If the property is listed with an agent - you will most likely not be able to find the owners contact info. The agent should be able to help you out with any questions you have.

If a property is for sale on Zillow, you can find the contact information towards the bottom of the page on the property details page.
Where do you find the information to contact the home owner?
