Thank you for the info I will pass it on to my agent and pray I get off this website. I am so frustrated after working so long and hard on this property. I have talked to a lot of people and agents who say that Zillow has been a real pain for them for years. I don't like a company that you can't call or get in touch with anyone. I spent hours emailing and they don't go through. No return phone calls. I think they just don't want to deal with all the unsatisfied people. This should be a service to help peope buy and sell a home and all it is a bunch of unfounded calculations that mean nothing and waste people's time effort and energy.

The problem is with the listing feed, not Zillow. The agent needs to focus on getting the listing removed from "California moves" (the link I provided in the last post) or not going from California moves to Zillow (most feeds have an option to chose the destinations). When he has removed it from that site or unclicked Zillow, it won't feed to Zillow and it will no longer appear for sale on Zillow.
So, it is true there is nothing he can do on Zillow directly but he can get rid of it on the listing feed to Zillow.
Zillow doesn't change Zestimates on request, it can be frustrating with a highly upgraded house. BUT, the one controlling the property on Zillow (the agent) can make a comment in the Zestimate section justifying (with data) the sales price.

My agent contacted Zillow and was told there was nothing he could do. I have tried to call and email Zillow with no luck. I have left messages on answering machines with no response.

If you don't wish to have your property listed on Zillow, you'll have to ask your agent to remove the feed to Zillow from this source.

Our property is located at 206 Cherry Ave Capitola,CA 95008. You have zestimated our property for $251,600.00 less than we are asking. We have spent over $350,000.00 upgrading this home. I feel your low zestimate without knowing the facts of the property is a great deterant and may actually harm the possibility of the sale of our home. It is hard enough to sell a property in this economy and I think for a potential buyer to see you zestimate so far off our asking price is criminal. Please contact me ASAP at 650-346-6505 or designmpf@yahoo.com. I would like this ad deleted from your website or the zestimate changed to a reasonable figure. I understand that you go by public records, unfortuately public records don't show improvements to the phone. Thank you Mia Fisher and Richard Weiler.
Where do you get pricing ?
