Where do you get your data from for your zestimates?

I have paid $450.00 for a Certfied VT Real Property appraiser ,no.2) A  Real Prop reappraisal by the Town Listers no.3)department and a State of Vermont Certified Realtor Hickcock and Boardman Realty of South Burlington Vermont and your zestimate is $  139,500.00 on the low side below my  For Sale Price of $ 459,000.00? Why ???? You are low balling my property for sale! If you do not want to change your zestimate then put a " FOR SALE Price on the site -Please My address is 947 Savage Point Road,05474

In order for the For Sale price to appear on the site - you or your agent must advertise the listing with Zillow.
