Where do you get your facts?

You show a home sold at 1542 Harrison in zip 60526 for $325,000 in 03/2011.  The home actually sold for that price in 09/2006 and, to my knowledge, has not been on the market since and has probably substantially decreased in value since then.  You also show it as being in the Westchester Middle School district, which it never has been.
