Where do you get your information?

(Zillow address in question deleted - see explanation below).  It says lot size "Lot size: 910 sq ft / 0.02 acres.  Bathroom in specs it is showing as 2 instead of 3 or 2.75.
Where do you get your information?  My client is furious with your description of his house.  There is almost a quarter acre (0.22) of land, not 0.02.  Where did you get 910 square feet from?  His house main floor square footage is larger that that!  And why is the "snow photo" still showing on your site?  I replaced that photo weeks ago showing a nice green lawn through our MLS system.  If you are not going to update what you show, you should not be doing this!

By the way, I tried including the address for this property, but your server would not accept it.  The address for the house in question is 4635 Trenton Circle North, Plymouth, MN.

Your data feed includes the snow picture, so until you change the snow picture on the feed, Zillow will have the snow picture.

Zillow does not syndicate with regional MLSs in most areas.

The lot size on Zillow was originally 0.22 acres (see "public facts" under "more facts").   Someone (or your data feed) has changed it to 0.02 acres.  Zillow doesn't change these things, so it has to be the owner or agent.

Bruce - it appears the feed is coming from this website, which still has the snow photo: http://www.minneapolisstpaulinfo.com/homepage.htm?in_listing=5793534&ref=zillow

Bruce - Where is the feed  to Zillow coming from? If that feed has the snow pic, then it will keep showing up until it's updated on that site. Since you are the agent, "claim" the listing & you can update all the incorrect facts, including the snow photos.
