Where do you get your zestimates from?

They seem to be far off the sale price on many listings-- so where do you draw your data?

Thanks!

Honestly, I think the numbers are off and it makes the site look bad.

Here are links to a couple of FAQs:

Data coverage and Zestimate accuracy
What is a Zestimate?

Some important points:   a)  Zestimates are calculated from public data, and do not take condition into account (unless reflected in tax value and/or recent sales price).    b)   Zestimates are presented with a value range, which is the 70% confidence interval.  c)  Zestimates are a starting point and do not substitute for appraisals and/or CMAs.
