I if you don't have a feed to zillow and have to manually enter it, I would do it and pay the $39.95   - the listings here get a lot of traffic- especially since Kingston is appealing for a second home for frequent lake goers that live somewhere else and are shopping online!

if you are signed in to Zillow, there is a button that says My zillow at the top right hand side , and then go to creat new listing.
