I have a function on my website www.beautifulshorehomes.com. which takes all the existing homes for sale and sold homes to calculate the estimate of your home's worth. This is a very scientific method and can be used intelligently in pricing a home but do not rely completely on this data. You need to take in the special things about your property and add that value such as condition of home, updating, and all other factors that are specific to your property then add or subtract to the estimate. This is where a Realtor® can help you by providing their expertise of the area and the market and take an unbiased assessment of the home. You may love the flaming pink wall marble tiles but that might actually be a problem for others.Suggestion to you is go on the site or any site and get a scientific estimate ( that is if there are comps in your area) . Then if you are serious call a Realtor® to come take a look and give you their assessment.

That's correct Zestimate is not a property value, that's probably property assesment. You can check Zestimate here or give me some more info about your property and I will pull comps data from GSMLS into CMA form and mail it to Youi.

Lynn: As Wetdawgs state, "Zestimate is NOT market value,..." The true "worth" of your property is the amount that someone is willing to pay you for it. Regards,

On the home page you can type in your address to receive a Zestimate. A Zestimate is NOT market value, but a starting point for comparison of properties. Please read more about the Zestimate in the FAQs.
