My guess would be the property appraiser website. As my name is second on the property appraiser site and when I went to claim it, Zillow didn't have it, only the other person on the appraiser site. As well, it also had the names of our neighbors as options.
I would check with the tax collector / property appraiser and see if your name is spelled wrong there too!

Where does Zillow get it's names of property owners? Mine was spelled wrong.
