Zillow gets their information from public records through a third party data collector. As it is obtained from public records, you can't take it out completely. (You can see what has been reported to Zillow from the public records by clicking on "more facts" on the home details page).
Where does Zillow obtain their information from (sq. footage, etc.?) Also, how often Zillow update?
