If you're going to appear in the MLS, some of them have in their rules that any yard sign must show a RE agency affiliation. Many of the flat -fee companies provide signs for this reason, and of course just like all the full service ones to advertise themselves. Other than that, you might want to check this company out. I don't know anything personally about them and as far as a sign goes, you may be able to do better locally, and possibly get something for brochures at Home Depot or Lowes, but please don't get your sign there.
