Never try your local real estate board. They are formed through the National Association of Realtors which created the housing bubble. Real Estate Agents should be shot on sight. They offer nothing to the economy and quite frankly are just leeches that prey on people like you.



To answer your question... Redfin.com would be a decent start depending on where you are located. NOT your local Stealtor, er I mean Realtor

Try your local real estate board or association or give your local real estate brokerage a call. Days on Market Statewide may not be beneficial information though and probably no one association or agency has this information, but they will have detailed info for the local markets!
