Where is the key to the symbols you use?

For instance what is the difference between a blue and red arrow?  Should I assume an up arrow is a change in price upwards?  This should be available on the help page and easily found

Hi millsjay: the green "up" arrows on charts and data about Zestimates or home values means it increased in value. The red "down" arrows means it lost value.

If you're talking about the little "houses" that appear on home details pages, they mean: red = for sale by agent or owner; blue = Make Me Move homes and yellow = Recently Sold homes.
