If you are just checking on your home the zestimate is sufficient however if you are looking to buy or sell a home I would suggest you work with a local realtor who can really give you a good comparative market analysis for your neighborhood specifically. These services are free and can give you a closer price for the home and should be able to back it up with local data. Good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for. Mukilteo is great area!
