Why don't you just click on the "local info" tab at the top of the page?
It has multiple metrics there for you to consider, and most of it downloadable, and they provide 3 market tier range trends.

I think sales decent this year but prices stagnant for at least another year.

In Virginia our market has seen the bottom. Homes are selling and sellers are getting them to closing. The sellers need to be certain the home is priced right and in good condition but if those factors are there, most everyone is seeing the marketing moving here. Thanks

The "local info" doesn't necessarily match the statistics by the local Realtors Association. So, I think experts opinions are important.

I am optimistic that the market in Louisville, Ky is slowly turning the corner. Our prices have begun to stabilize and some better neighborhoods are seeing minimal increases in the value of their homes. Jan sales and buyer activity is quite good despite it being the winter season.

In my market sales are increasing as prices continue to fall. My market (I believe is like every other) is very simple to understand, we have thousands of homes active for sale and only a few hundred selling every month. Basic supply and demand is all it takes to figure this one out. Prices continue to fall until the price of that supply attracts enough demand to stop values from further decline.

Where is your local market headed? Has it turned the corner? Headed Up? Down? Flat?
