Hi czarjoe53, Alison here from Zillow.

Zillow data is located in the Real Estate Market Reports section of our site which can either be accessed by clicking on the 'Local Info' tab at the top of each page and selecting 'Real Estate Market Reports' or by clicking on 'Real Estate Market Reports' on the blue bar found at the bottom of each page.

Once there scroll through our list of MSAs and click on Spokane Metro. Once you are on the Spokane Metro page use the bar on the left hand side of the page to select the data point your are interested in. It is fast and easy.
