You can get this info from the city or county assessor. They may have it online but keep in mind they don't update their websites but once a month and sometimes less frequently than that. In that case just call them and ask. Good luck!

A local realtor can find the info if it was made public or in the mls. The local assessors website will have the info eventually if the info was made public. try these resources village.saukville.wi.us or town.saukville.wi.us

You should eventually be able to get the info on this site. Sometimes there is lag time. Recording times, etc. If you need the information quicker you can usually get it from your county website.

zillow.com (this site) provides the sold price if you type in the address and then burrow down into the house information. There are two reasons it might not be there yet: 1) it takes a while for the public databases to be updated. I've seen prices appear in as little as two weeks after closing, and as long as four months. 2) some states do not have that as public information although I don't recollect seeing Wisconsin on the list.

Depending on when it sold you can look on the county website. Otherwise respond back with the address and I can give you more details.

Your best bet is zillow.com; just type in the address. If that doesn't work you can call a realtor. We have access to specialized databases that contain this info.
Where online can I find out what the house down the street was sold for?
