Which API Should I Use?

Hello,

I have a couple of questions that will help me decide which API would be right for me.  Are all listed properties in the nation on Zillow.com?  Are the APN's for each property on Zillow.com as well?  If I am looking for this information, which API would be best for me?

Are all listed properties in the nation on Zillow.com? 
This may be a good assumption.

Are the APN's for each property on Zillow.com as well?
Not based on my experience.
