Hey since 2008 the economy has been pretty bad, especially for the housing market. Some areas have suffered more than others.Having said that, there has been signs of improvement in most areas of the country. I mean even Florida, Vegas, and Hawaii had issues with lower property values.I really think it depends on the type of investment property you are considering.If you can pick up nice houses for a deal and rent them to qualified tenants, you can probably do pretty good in any area of the country.If you are into commercial. I like them both. I'm basically a car guy so I'm pulling for Detroit. It's a tough decision. Do your research, and good luck.And we would always love to have you invest in the Saint Charles County area in Missouri.Thanks for the question,Jim
