Which credit score is used, how does lender determine which credit report to base their decision?

There's an 80 point swing between my highest & lowest scores, how does the lender select which report to base their decision? Do they take the mid-score, average, top 2, bottom 2, etc...

We as Lender will always use the middle score. But in your case there there is a large swing of 80 points, which leads me to believe there is either some things reporting to one credit bureau or there is errors on the report. I would suggest that you work with someone to either do a rapid re-score to resolve the difference.

They pull from 3 credit bureaus and use the middle score.
