The lowest middle score of all borrowers is the decision score, with the exception of US Bank which decisions on the middle score of the borrower that earns the largest portion of household income.

For just about every lender the lowest middle score will be used for the couple.

They will use the middle score and the lower middle score on a joint application. I recently found out the some lenders will use the middle higher score. For example.

One lender I found out is using the 787 which gave me a higer YSP in return.
