Who appraises homes in Bluffton, SC?

Our home at 4 Fairway Drive in Bluffton, SC is grossly underestimated on Zillow.  I want to know WHY?

who does apprasials ? zillow bases as I understand on computer generated results. A appraisor uses not only local numbers and personal experience a winning combination. Bruce Goff is a great

This explains Zillow's Zestimate. It's not an appraisal. If it's too low, it's an ego deflater. If it's too high, it's an ego inflater. It has no bearing on what your property may be sold for, or refinanced at.
