Who can I speak to about WRONG Zillow info, listed about my property that is for sale??

Profile picture for Kenarette
The "closest for sale homes" that are listed...are NOT anwhere NEAR my property.  This, I'm sure, is influencing the "zestimate" considerably.  Our location is much further closer into town than the homes they are comparing it to!!  How can I correct this????  There is a big difference in the location of 68h ST SW, and 68th AVENUE!!!
Please HELP!

You can do what is indicated below, but zillow gets the info from pulls and it 1 of them is wrong it is going to keep reverting back to incorrect info.  Zillow is only as good as the information they are a given.  For a true value you should phone an agent or appraiser.

If you or your agent have claimed the home, you can open the property and select more appropriate comps.  (Only the person currently claiming the home can do this).   You can find details in the Zillow FAQs on how to select comps.

Please note, comps are not houses that are for sale but are houses that have sold within the last few months.

The Zestimate will adjust with the new comps, but it does take some time.  Six to eight weeks is a guestimate.
