The information about my house on your site is incorrect.  My realtor says that your site controls what pictures show up and the information.  Is this true?

If your house is listed on Zillow for sale, the person or agent listing it controls the home description, home facts and photos. If your house is not listed for sale on Zillow, you can claim your house using the yellow "edit" pencil and update the home facts and photos yourself as the owner.

Zillow obtains information on houses from public databases, owners and agents.   If there are data on the house that are incorrect (e.g. room number, square footage)  your agent agent can edit those facts.  If the agent hasn't yet claimed the home, then you can do so using "claim your home " and then edit the facts.

Zillow doesn't control addition of photos etc (with exceptions of copyrighted photos or objectionable photos), although the street view, aerial view and satellite view can't be changed.

What does Zillow control?  The Zestimate.  Zestimates are not user modifiable, but will adjust if edited facts or hand selected comps support adjustment. (It can take a few weeks to a few months for the change to show).

Sounds like your agent needs to take some courses from Zillow Academy.
