Who do I contact about a FreddieMac home, no response from Homesteps site?

I am interested in a FreddieMac owned home but it isn't listed on the HomeSteps website.  They will not respond to my inquiries.  Is there someone I can contact to find out if the home will be up for sale soon.  I am a Realtor but I have had no luck finding a contact.  I am in WV. Thanks
