Hi, are you mortgage or cash?
IF you are planning to buy it with "payments", it will be better to know what are your finance options and details, downpayment, cash to close, monthly payment.

As Patrick said, call that Realtor or hire your own Realtor for that oe any property in the market. Market is full of Short Sales and foreclosures, better to have someone on your side that know anout them.
