Yes, it was done with a permit and by a contractor. Spent $10,000 doing it, but was money well spent.

The bedroom/bathroom change may affect the Zestimate but be aware it takes time for the Zestimate to reflect edits (weeks to months). Landscaping and updating are not part of the Zestimate calculations

Hopefully you did this all with a permit? If so, it will show up in public records that will eventually make their way here.
