What listings? Where?
California real estate agents/brokers are required to always show asking prices on listings. If they don't you might want to contact webmaster wherever you find that posting and remind them of the law. Or, if you like, contact the Department of Real Estate.

Perhaps you're finding that many Zillow listings do not have sale prices, because they aren't for sale, but that is because the primary purpose of Zillow is delivering a value number/range for all publicly recorded residential properties. The OPTION to list properties is used by some sellers, some agents.

Common tactic by realtors. Now that comps are falling! they start looking for dummies who dont know any better and are uninformed about pricing. They are fogging up prices as much as possible.
