Who fixes details if they are incorrect on a listing?

I am a real estate agent and have a listing at 155 Smokey Hollow Road, Baldwinsville, NY.  The home owner for 115 Smokey Hollow just called me to inform me her house is listed on the site as "for sale" which in fact it is not for sale.  Who corrects this mistake and when will it be corrected?
