Who in the world would possibly believe the Zillow estimates? Complete B.S.

Our home's (Zillow) value, over the months when real estate was plummeting, went up from $368,000 to $452,000, and now, as the market is actually rising, it's plummeted back to $418,000. I don't believe the Zillow system is the least bit accurate.

Zillow's estimates are complete fiction.  A large part of real estate pricing is location and zillow can't distinguish between lake front property and homes that sit next to a garbage dump or some other drain on value.

I do not believe it is accurate either..  I checked it out for one of my listings (for sale) and noticed it was comparing the home to a rental property.
I assume Zillow is also comparing homes that are distressed sales, foreclosures, short sales, etc. to homes that are none of the above.
I hope I am woring about that.
