Daniel, what do you get out of referring someone to that website? I went on it for a few minutes, was quoted high rates and the 3 quotes had rates effective 2/19, 3/30, and 4/3. In other words, it sucked. Did you notice this thread was posted on Feb 20? They probably closed in March.

You can visit Lendermae.com to see lenders with their rates and closing costs. That's the best way to compare, or if you want my advise, their all the same. They go by the same guidelines when qualifying.

We have an office in Chandler AZ, just started on Zillow, so not able to obtain any type of ranking, but would be happy to help. The interest rates depend on your fico score, you mentioned you have a low fico score, if its below 620 that would affect your interest rate. If you are above 620 your interest rate could be around 5% pending on the day and time the rate is locked in since it changes daily.
