Who is responsible for updating home values?

My Property was renovated in 1995 to more than double the house size and you show the very old house features with a two year old picture. Just curious

Zillow tends to get their data from public sources through third party data providers, but sometimes the updated info takes a long while to get through or never comes through (as per your example).

So, Zillow offers tools so you can do some editing and update the info if you wish. 

First, claim your home by opening the home details page, hover cursor over "edit" and chose "claim your home". 

Second: hover cursor over "edit" and chose "edit home facts".
