It appears that it was foreclosed on in January. So far, it is not on the local mls. Contact me and we can talk about the bank who owns it.

You can check the tax records on current ownership. It was listed last fall as a short sale for $194,999 so you're correct, it looks like it's been foreclosed on.

It is actually a foreclosure. I know for sure there is no one living in it because I am friends with the neighbors. No one knows what bank owns this property.

The pictures appear to be from an old listing. I don't think the home is for sale since it only has a zestimate.
