We apologize, but we cannot disclose the homeowners' name for their privacy. This is in accordance with our Privacy Policy that we have set in place.

As for your other concern, I have checked the address and found out that the property is currently not for sale. The owner has not yet claimed the home in the website and the posting status has not been edited yet.
