As far as I know you cannot take your house off the site because most of the info posted is public record. You can read Zillow answer to that here. I think the street shots come from Bing now, but I am not sure. Right now Zillow has an ariel view of my house, but Google has a detailed street shot. I am happy that the yard looked nice when they took it, but it is a little unnerving that a photo of my house is online. My understanding is that street shots and satellite shots are both legal if taken from public property like the street or sidewalk.
