Thanks for your answer. I did go down the list and Champions Mortgage dba Nationstar Mortgage does do hompath mortgages on manufactured homes. I think they are about the only ones on the list who do.

I would try talking with your bank to see if they can assist you there. If not, they may certainly know of someone you can help. Banks have mortgage divisions and they are glad to talk with you about the details of getting a loan. It doesn't cost anything and might give you some good insight. Try there first.
