Who would I contact regarding a listing on zillow.com?

I placed an add on zillow over a month ago and went to search for my listing at 2422 E. Chestnut Ave., Enid, OK 73701 and the listing that my old realtor Jennifer Fugazzi had on there is pulling up and I cannot pull mine up. Jennifer said she cancelled the listing quite some time ago and you still have it on there. My email address is barbarajean_07@yahoo.com.  Thanks

Sorry about that. I was wrong about the listing. When I pulled it up it by address the first time, it not show that listing page for some reason, but now it does. That page is also the first one to pop up on Zillow which is good. It is also good that you put your contact info on the other page for good measure.

I did pay to have it listed, so why would it not be showing up?

The house does not look like it is listed for sale on Zillow here, but it still has some old information from the listing including some photos. As the owner, you can claim you house and remove the information.

Go to your main home page and use the yellow "Edit" pencil under the main house photo to "claim your house" and then you will be able to "edit the facts" with a link in that same menu on your home page. The edit menu also has an option to "edit/remove photos". The change to your Zillow page will be immediate. Hope it helps.
