This illustrates the improper algorithms used by the website to value properties. A Zestimate is a computer generated algorithm which is seldom accurate and should not be used to estimate value. It does not take into account the very real diffrerences in streets, as you are pointing out, home condition, as well as other factors that a realtor or appraiser would see. If you need to value your hom,e pay for an appraisal or call a realtor to give an accurate valuation. A home must be seen for this to happen. Zestimates are quick, but that is about all.
