Why Does Zillow have my house listed at 200'ft when it is 3460' ft? Where do you get your details?

I just had my home appraised, it is woth 604,000 in todays market and you have it listed in the 300's, where do you get your details from?

You can correct the incorrect detail by open your home detail page, hover the cursor on the pencil edit menu, click on the Claim your home if you hadn;t claim it on Zillow yet, and finally click on the Edit home facts to edit the incorrect detail. The update may affect your property's Zestimate in a few weeks to a few months.
