Why House Price is showing less when I compare the same kind of house in the same street?

When I compare the house price of mine with other house with the same specification, my home price is showing less. why? if this is some error, please correct it.

Zestimates are computer calculated estimates using the public facts available on a home.   Unless a physically identical  home has exactly the same sales price, date of sale and tax basis, Zillow is likely to show differences in the Zestimate.

zillow's formula looks at many different things related to your home. While Zillows "Zestiametes" --- have gotten closer -- over the years -- they still are only estimates.   

You need to contact a realtor/appraiser for an accurate valuation of your home based on recent sales in your area and market direction.  Happily for Homeowners -- at this time -- it appears we have "bounced" off the bottom .. with strong sales and demand in Santa Clara County.
